Yeah thats the one that can get clogged, when clear should help to improve idle.

Man I am getting Pis*ed Off Took the Car out for a blast on the motorway and it feels like its lost power now even after all the cleaning.

Should I of used Gasget sealent when i reasembled the throttle bits the gasget seemed fine as you can see from the photo, will air leak if gasget sealent is not used Ie giving a power loss.

Thanks

Possibly did you change the gasket for new?

Check you have no air leaks in the air intake pipe, and make sure all breather pipe clips are tight.

Did you torque the bolts to the correct setting when refitting the throttlebody.

Always willing to help if I can :)

Cough Cough torque the bolts ermm nope i dont have a torque wrench oopps. But i can get hold of one next week so ill use one then, went out to my local vuaxhall dealer to get a gasget for the throttle body since i never used a Torque wrench.

What is the Torque setting for the bolts on the throttle body ?

I popped in to see the mechnics to ask about my small knock on the steering the reply was I dont have a clue mate is cud be anything. lol so helpfull i could not believe it oh well.

Torque/torx

You are as confused as us

Torx are those funny star headed bolts

And we all know what torque is

The throttle body torque setting on the 2.0 is 9Nm should be the same for yours.
