Can any of you wise people out there please tell me if a 3ltr twin tailpipe back box will fit straight on to my 2.5 ltr with no modifications? I think it looks nicer than the standard box. Also anybodyknow what the prices of each box are.

I'm not sure about prices, but i'm 99.9% sure they fit straight on the 2.5's

Simple answer is yes. :)

Just remember pre-facelift and facelift cars have different back boxes (centre sections are the same though)

And yes, the 3.0 twin tail pipe is much nicer.

Prices are...

Saloon (to '97) £143 + vat retail. £90.16 +vat trade club.
(98>) £130 + vat retail. £89.47 + vat trade club.

Estate (to '97) £150 + vat retail. £94.65 +vat trade club.
(98>) £138 + vat retail. £94.88 + vat trade club
