Welcome to site :D
Take up Robin Hood's offer for the cambelt DVD, only £3 IIRC, and worth every penny. Clear, concise, informative. You will need a locking kit (some members loans theirs out, but someone already has mine) and a 30mm offset spanner. Other than that, standard workshop tools, including Torx, mainly E10,E12,E14 and E20 to turn crank. |

Welcome Coffee
Cambelt is a straight forward job and the DVD will help. DO NOT be tempted to try without the use of a locking kit. Several of us have the kit available for free hire. Job will take a few hours first time, but can be done in an hour with experince. Don't be afraid to ask if you go wrong. We are here to help. |

Hi all,
Having been offered sound advice for getting the V6 and water pump DVD i duly bought it from Robin Hood. It arrived today I played it straight away I must say it is brilliant, straight forward to understand & I will certainly be doing my cambelt and with confidence. A must if you are unsure in tackling the job. Well done to Robin Hood and his merry camara crew! |

Wow, with that sort of praise you must be after something and I just did the video side. ;)
Glad to see you plan on doing the work yourself, any specific problems/questions then there are plenty of people here to help – get posting… :) |
