changed my spark plugs today and when took cover off the plugs were sitting in about half inch of oil any one know were this might have come from it is a 2.5 v6 r reg

cam cover gaskets. Guide in Maintence Guides on replacement. Use genuine Vx gaskets, and BLACK sealant.

and worth cleaning throttle body whilst you're at it :)
