Found this forum while searching for a solution to a misfiring Elite. Looks like cam cover gaskets... Will be doing them this weekend after looking at the guide on here

:DWelcome aboard Mini 1400. A few of us used to play with Minis many years ago.
The a series gets a little "fragile" at that level of overbore. 1340 was good but you could get alot from a good 1293cc.
I'm guessing you're into Minis, if not ignore everything bar the welcome aboard bit!!! ;D
