1998 Elite 2.5V6 Auto

Decided 2day to check plug type on crank sensor (ever since i have had car rarely starts first time but always 2nd so decided to change crank sensor) b4 ordering off fleebay.
Removed wipers - came off easy, and then scuttle to get to sensor plug.

TIP - B4 removing wipers operate first then stick a length of masking tape on windscreen level with tops of blade rubbers.  When refitting to splines align with masking tape first - easy way of getting back on in correct position.

Bonus? Unplugged sensor, refitted plug, scuttle and wipers.
Now appears to start ok 1st time!!!!!!
Will monitor.
