Had to change the passenger side front tyre this week, thought it was just a ouncture; However it appears that it was the same problem I had with the drivers side front tyre some weeks ago when chopped it into kwik fits and had to put a new tyre on;

On the inside edge it has worn more on say 12'' section of the inside edge and not all the way around the inside edge; It has been suggested that this may be the Camber?

My mate reckons his mates tyre place in Brockley down the roa had a geometry set up, it was him that suggested it may be the camber?, be a trip to him first.

It is the camber but, you wont get better than Tony at Wheels in Motion, realy knows his stuff and has done enough Omegas to know what is right on them.

if its just one section, not entire circumference, wonder if wheel buckled a bit (along with camber issues)

I thought that, being as it would normally wear thin evenly right the way round... like mine did!

how much does it cost for camber adjustment?

I used a place called Drury Lane in Oldham (came recommended by WIM as a local place)

£45 for diagnosis and then whatever to adjust.

Cost me £86 last time I had it done.

Some camber can be adjusted using the bolts at the bottom of the strut that hold the stub axle and disc. Slacken both bolts and pull the top of the disc toward you. It is only a small amount of adjustment but will save you some tyre wear.

If that is the case then both fronts would be buckled as had the same problem a few weeks back on the other side. the rims will be getting changed next week in any case over to the new irmschers :y, whereabouts is wheels in motion, I know hes moved from Watford?
