Hi all, I've a problem with a V6 2.5 CDx Estate (1995). I bought this car to replace another Omega, the car started fine several times, but now won't start, the immobiliser has been bypassed by a previous owner, the display reports 'no problem' the engine managment light doesn't flash when ignition is switched on, I've gone through everything in the 'Haynes book' but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas to try to rectify this problem???

Welcome to the site :)

As suggested, post the tech question in Omega Help section for best coverage - but do a paperclip test (see FAQ section), and if you get a 19, change the crank sensor ;)

As others have said, post your prob in tech help for a better response. Also, if you take a few mins to add details to your profile such as location and car then there may be someone quite close who could do a hands on troubleshoot, as it were.... ;)
