hi there, just bought a 2.0 1999 (s) cd and couldnt be more chuffed. just a couple of niggles tho, exhaust manifold and iacv need sorting out. aswell as timing belt as i have no history.
anything esle you guys suggest i should take a look at?
like the forum, very helpful.

:)If you have no history then change cambelt no ifs or buts. Make sure it's a FULL kit ie tensioners etc. It's a false economy stretching a belt over old pulleys. Happy Migging! [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

thanks for that, if i am having trouble sourcing a manifold, what is the most viable sollution?
they are gold dust, although buying a spare and repaire motor off ebay is prob the best option.
