hi every one, im new to this so bare with me, has any one got a 2.5v6 cd omega on a r reg that has a slight rough engine running problem when its between 2500/ 3000 rpm gently driving along, only does it when engine has warmed up...

As mentioned "general help" is the best place.

Another good move is to update your profile with the details of the model, year and engine size of your car. This help people to understand what they're dealing with quicker when they read a request for help.

It saves you retyping it each time you start a thread too :y
