Try Dave DND, this model is catered for on his website 'DND Services', and it appears he can decode for £15 probably by e-mail.
Have used Dave before, and he is very reliable, and quick. Worth a try Skruntie...£15 cheaper than a new radio mate.. google 'DND Services' if you are not sure, or PM Dave via this site.. :y |

Had allready checked, just dont want to spend any money on it (or not taht much at least, no dis respect to Dave), am only wanting to use the radio as it is in a van. I have my old CCR400 from my GLS Miggy but the that needs decoding. I have a couple of Sony units I could use, hence the reason I dont want to spend on the Phillips :y |

You may have problems using the CAR400 in the van, unless you have a seperate display in there ::)
Shout if you need help though ;) |

Cheers Dave I was keeping the CCR400 to put back in the GLS and return it to standard when/if I decide to sell it. So not really planned to stick it in a van. In fact I have just realised I have the Grundig kit out my my Carlton Diplomat thats taking up space in the house. All this just to get a radio in the van. PMSL. ;D ;D ;D |
