I thought that all Omegas B FL MV6 should have a small spoiler. I am currently looking for one of those. I found one with nice MV6 alloys, 3.0 V6 engine but it is without spoiler. Does it mean that it is actually not MV6? :-/

All the retail ones did come with the spoiler. 'Special' ones sold outside retail, eg plod, generally don't

The one I found is W reg (B FL model), 3.0 V6, Cream leather, Electric seats with memory, sat navigation, bose sound system, heated seats, cruise control, climate control, An electrically operated rear screen sunblind and sunroof. Equipment suggest that it wasn't a police car, but lack of spoiler really confuses me...

What size wheels and what brand of tyres?
Also are there red switches (or holes) either side either side of the handbrake?

Should be an elite too shouldnt it with all that kit?

I am afraid I don't know. I saw only few pictures on ebay.

Just found the Ebay listing, definately an Elite spec car - elite seats, elite wheels, wood effect dash and standard front bumper.

But I thought elite should have a spoiler as well. :-?

Some of the Diplomatic Protection cars didn't, hence the questions I posted earlier.

i agree with other posters - its almost certainly an elite. sellers perhaps debadged it and is passing it off as an MV6 as they tend to attract higher prices.

with all the 2nd hand Omegas around - theres enough doubt to pass on this one :(

Yes, and that always made me ask the question, which I still do, are rear spoilers of any worth,
as police pursuit vehicles travelling at top speeds don't require them?? :-? :-?

just done an insurance quote on the reg and it comes back as an mv6 if op is not interested may have a bid myself

I was asking about spoiler only because I suspected rear damage and boot replacement from different model. I don't think that spoiler makes any difference in omega performance, but it looks good :) Unfortunately omega is not a F1 car...  :(

Actually I would be more happy with 3.0 elite. I was thinking about this MV6 only because it has all elite kit.

Not on the Insurance database, I do like it though, if I were bidding, I would still bid low.  ::)

I have a irmscher boot spoiler for a pre facelift miggy if your interested I bought it in error thinking they were all the same needless to say it did not fit my facelift mig.

some may be elites coming up as MV6s, i wouldnt worry too much, that one's clearly one of those, a definate elite

as already said, may have had a replacement boot lid?
