VAUXHALL FOLD AWAY TOWBAR & ELECTRICS

the garage that has got my mig that have fitted a vauxhall tow bar and twin electrics
would they fit that type :-?

I've just noticed something, everything is on as if that car is running but the rev counter is on 0 ??
