Hello,
As heading what is the capacity of the 3.2 v6 cooling system.

I think they're all around 10 litres give or take a bit. 5 litres of anti-freeze and top up with water. :y

I was going to VX dealer to get the VX coolant, do you add water to that or is it ready mixed

and you mix it 50:50 with water

You dilute the VX Red stuff 50/50 and just checked the capacity 9.5 Litres so you need a 5L container of coolant.

Flushing the system then adding 5L coolant neat and topping up with water will achieve the correct concentration.

If doing a coolant change, I would remove the bottom rad hose and let the system drain. Refill with water, then drain again. Refit the hose, add 5 ltrs neat coolant and top up with fresh water. Resultant mix should be 50/50 or thereby....

Went to the Vx Dealer and coolant is now £10.20 + VAT for 5 litres :o

Thats cheaper than i paid yesterday.... £12.38+VAT for 5L...supposedly at Trade price... :o
