Title: 3.0 bottom end Post by JamesV6CDX on 28. Jun 2009 at 20:13
Does anyone have a bottom end only, for a 3.0 v6.
If so, how much would you be wanting for it. Just wanting the block, with pistons etc - no cylinder heads or ancils. Preferably from an auto. Do you think with a crane, I'd get a block only, in the back of an Estate car? |

In answer to the last bit...with a crane I can easily get a whole v6 engine in the back of an estate so yes, in fact you will probably be able to get the bottom end into just about any car :y
I have a very good whole engine but the bottom end I had in my garage has gone I'm afraid... |

I've got a complete car that I'm breaking due to head gasket failure. Bottom end is yours for £80. oh and it is off an auto. if you do want it i'd need a few days (with good weather) to get it all out and ready for you though.

if you hadnt been so far away,i could have got you a star silver estate with a 3.0 in it,was originaly mine i got it with a big end rattle and had a 3.0 lump spare so droped that into it,had the cam belt kit done maybe 6 thou ago,new dis pack just after that,it would be much cheapness for it as no mot, needed the cam cover gaskets done,it had 87000 on it wen i dropped it in
