Yep, what mileage has it done, what condition etc. Mine has massive blow-by.

Would you consider breaking it and selling just the bottom end incl. pistons etc, minus the ancilliaries (alternator, thermostat etc)...?

i brought it for a old car off mine , but it was the wrong one , so i had to take it out again , the car which it came from had only done low milage
, it clean with no oil leaks , just would need a cam belt . i would rather sell the lot to be honest as no good to me now as i have a 2.2 , .
if u want i would strip it for u , no worries :y
