How do you know if it is mini facelift?
I have a 1999 Omega that reached the end of it's life, but I have no idea if it is mini facelift or not. Your photo looks exactly like my car, but it looks like 1998 Omega that I had before too...

I guess the easiest way to tell (at a glance) would be the headrests the mini facelift has solid ones the pre face lift has holes in the middle of the rests, there are other differences but the headrests is the one I find easiest to notice.
