MV6 wheels are not the same as Elite wheels, similar ..... but different.

yes joshwyatt those are the wheels im looking for!!! :y and i see what you mean andyb they are slightly different but im not keen on the way they concave, oh big words lol.

I got mine from a local scrap yard - advertised via eBay. They do come up from time to time but are sought after.

agree with what andy says, think you stand more chance getting them by buying a whole car on ebay...unless any ex-plods come with them-think they only came with the cd wheels on the facelifts :-/

oh well iwill try an keep me eyes out but i dont really feel like buying a whole car just for the wheels just to try an have to get rid of that. im not much of a seller to be honest usually do me self out of a deal cos i cant be bothered once i got what i want

tbh if you got hold of an ex plod 3.2 i'd have it off you ;) specially if it was manual

No facelift police Omega's for frontline duty ever had anything other than either 15'' steel wheels, or the 16'' alloys from either CD or CDX spec. However, I once did see an early facelift police demonstrator with the MV6 wheels...the same as the one's in Andy B's post.
I think the best way to get some Elite wheels is to just keep looking on ebay. And you never know, a facelift Elite may be broken for spares on here. You never know. Occasionally some people with Elite's want different wheels i/e bigger one's (snowflakes etc), so by no means is it a hopeless search.

yep! or even if you managed to get hold of a 3.2 elite... i might be interested even if it did have a slushbox...provided it was the right colour lol, i like the facelift mv6 wheels but meh i have a thing for the prefacelift mv6 wheels, they remind me of the BBS RK's i think they are
