Sold an item on ebay for £94 with £6.50 postage. Buyer sent out a cheque which i banked on the 11th, bank said it would be clear today.
Youve probably guessed it......cheque has bounced!! >:( >:( >:(
Buyers feedback wasnt high, only 29 but with 100% rating and 8 deals all done without a hitch in the last month.
Obviously i havnt sent my item. Bloody annoyed though. Have sent email,no reply as yet >:( >:(

I do loads of 'bay and got so fed up with messers that I decided to stomach the high Paypal fees and only accept Paypal.

With the insertion fee, final sale fee, Paypal fee and the cost/time of postage, together with the fact people only buy because you are the cheapest available, plus ebays new policies like no negative feedback can be given to bad buyers, then their new stasi approach on setting average postage costs, ebay is now tiresome for sellers.

Fact is, if they started out like they are now, they would not have been so successful.  Now it is a monopoly they do what they want and we have to comply...

It's good for buyers, but selling is a pain now-too many charges, too many numpties, too many whingers who don't live in reality, too much interference by ebay  >:(

Present the cheque again, it costs him everytime it bounces, unless you're paying it into a business account. :y
