I've not long got back from taking my elderly neighbour to the hopsital to visit his wife. She had a fall today & broke her hip. They've been having a bad run of late with ill health issues. They're both 83 & you wouldn't wana meet a nicer couple, i known them for 15 years & they're like second parents to me.
Now why is it that they seem to be dealt a shite hand when the old miserable basket over the road that moans at everything is fighting fit >:( She moans at the local kids for trivial things & no matter what is never happy.
Life sometimes really sucks & it allways seems to be the nice ones that get f%$£ed over >:( >:( >:( >:(

Lets hope they take strength from having a positive outlook.

I only know a little about your neighbours but 1st in the list of positivesmust be:

We have an over 65 year old nosey dratsab neighbour who most of the street wishes dead but still going and the nicest neighbour of the lot passed last year of the big 'C' aged 62 :(

If you haven't done so already, tell them you're privileged to have them as neighbours.  That should bless them.

It's amazingly difficult to grow old gracefully.  I don't know how so many people manage it.
