I am giving up working so hard. I am the highest achiever in my team, yet the lowest paid. Had a promotion reneged a while back and now it seems I am to be shat upon from a great height again, which is going to cost me £7k a year !!!!

P*ssed off doesn't do how I feel justice !!!!

So -- my resolution is to do the barest minimum I can without being sacked.

I'll make the same 2 I do every year, and invariably break within 6 months...

1) Try to be more tolerant of stupid and/or ignorant twats
2) Try not to lump the lazy prick in the office, an individual I despise with a passion.

Reality is that I have little choice unless I want to work abroad (they have asked me to stay on) as they are shutting the UK R&D site which was only officialy opened 3 months ago at a cost of 50million to the uk tax payer!

Still, a nice big fat redundancy package awaits

It was meant to be to complete an NVQ 2 in childcare! But possibly not if its going to cost over £650! ::)
It would have been free but the back to work funding wasn't regulated properly and was wasted, the pot which was full in sept is now empty!
We have the choice to self fund completely £1500 or start paying in installments up to the value of £650 in the hope that more funding becomes available in april!!! :(
No wonder I couldn't get on the september intake!!! >:(
Apparently people enrol to show the job centre that they are doing something, then drop out as its too much like hard work, costing someone else their funding!!! Grrrrrr!!! >:( >:( >:(
