Title: I need pressie ideas
Post by TheBoy on 15. Dec 2009 at 21:16
She wants to know what to get me for Christmas, and I have no idea what I want.

Anyone got inspiration?

(and the first muppet to mention air fresheners, Sony, blue lights, gayPhones etc will find their ability to send PMs withdrawn ;))

I have been pondering the same question for weeks.
I dont want anything, I dont need anything, but..........I've got to have something. I've looked at amazon and trawled around town.....nothing :(

Does make me wonder if I could graft on a cigar lighter plug and wear it in the Westfield, though. Perhaps I'll wait until everyone has realised they are cr@p and they are selling them cheap. :y

We've mostly opted for charity vouchers in recent years.  The exception is for children, who sometimes still appreciate tacky stuff.
The recipient gets a card that they can bin or keep as a reminder, and some poor person who really needs a present gets a pair of shoes or something useful.

WTF HAPPENED TO ME POST COUNT!!! :o :'( :'( :'( I'll have to consult the "pink one" on how to re establish post count losses brought about by naughty posting in connection with T.B ::)

Ask Lazydocker how to get them back - he nearly got his back a couple of days ago, but reckon I've chucked the bit of paper I wrote it one. Oh well, never mind...

Same here, but if I don't come up with something then she will spend money on items that will sit in a cupboard.
I have told her what I don' want; sat nav, mobile, 'an experience' etc. :D
As I am going to get one anyway I guess I could ask for a freesat box.......... :)

How about a years subscription to the caravan club magazine?  ;D P.S I trust my post count is safe on a technicality because you didn't mention it on your list of banned suggestions. :-*
