IMO it should actually show what really happens when driver's drink & take drugs. Until that day we have this. Thank you Entwood for bringing to all's attention.
I think it should be not just a link though & if you don't mind............ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2mf8DtWWd8 |

Good way to get the point across I say get it on the T.V, anyone who drinks and drives should be locked up and the key thrown away in my opinion.

I don't suppose there's many of us who can hand on heart say we've never done it especially in our youth and as Hercules says realise it was only luck rather than judgement that we didn't end up like someone on that film :-X.
Very well put together film which should make anyone think twice but we all know it won't for some even when they are already a statistic :(. Be safe, Pete :y. |

I could was too busy tinkering with cars and chasing girls around to be drinking. My brother does it frequently, I don't like him anyway but he'll end up hurting someone else in the process >:( >:( |

Hard hitting & thoroughly thought provoking, exactly as it was meant to be! It should be shown here. :(

Speaking from experience I can say there is nothing more heartbreaking than losing someone you love to someone else's stupidity, whether deliberate or accidental.
Many on here will remember that I lost my brother when he was just 11 years of age to 2 guys racing their cars through the village where we lived. 18 years on and it is still difficult for all of us. Christmas day starts with a a trip to the church to put some flowers on the grave only then do we go home and have bacon butties. The first year was the worst, none of us had much appetite and I was having the worst outbursts of pure rage at school. Whether its Drink driving, drugs, racing or taking risks beyond your comfort zone.... it ain't worth it. One thing that helped was that my family contributed to the first Kill Your Speed campaign. It buried a few demons. Our kid, Andrew is the one with the bowtie.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPnjeVHYQBM |

Like many others on this forum I think it is a very good video that should be shown here but isn't,there is no excuse for drink/drug driving and thankfully I have never done it.I am not holier than thou as I have put my foot down on more than one occassion and gone quicker than the speed limit. I hope that everyone on this forum is around after the festive season with no bad news to report and wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year.

Sorry to hear that mate, drink driving (and things related) is one thing that really really gets my back up >:( >:( Locked up and key thrown away is the only option. |

Not just drink driving, the pillock that nearly knocked me off my bike this morning was probably sober, he was going slower than the 20mph limit.... he was just being a nugget and not paying attention. He sped up once I turned around to get him though ;D |
