So cold the Eurostar trains strand people in the Channel Tunnel. They're obviously well-desgned.  ;) ;D

I thought they were foreign-built.  Why are they breaking down?  Were they not tested in real-life conditions?

I think the real cause is the drivers ran out of money! ;)
