I don't know, but it looks like some sort of plastic electric car. Soviet bloc, maybe? It's very ugly wherever it's from.

Thats a strange looking car but is it possible somesort of mini beatle i mean look at the rear very beatle ish also them alloys look like vw ones

;D I just came across a picture of one & hadn't a clue what it was. A variation I suppose on the 1st Renault Twingo that the UK didn't get.
