I carried out a sunroof reset recently to stop the phantom sunroof syndrome but now it will only open if I keep my hand on the button in its desired option.

How do i set it back to AUTO again...sellecting the option with a twist of the dial and letting go !

disconect the battery and try again, if that dont work the disc inside may need re magnitising. :y

Open the sunroof fully back then push control knob in and hold for 15 seconds. Close it fully and hold the knob in for another 15 seconds. You can do the same for the tilt operation if you want but I did not need to. After that it should work fine, mine did.

that phantom sunroof is really spooky - this morning on the way to work i thought "it's a little warm" then the sun roof tilted up on its own....

*hums "twilight zone" theme *
