Also do the shocks come with the top part that holds the spring down (spring cup)? or can you change it over from the old shocks? TIA Dave

Yes they are.

do try:

as they are cheaper and if you call them and quote OOF they often give a bit more off

And the top cup, top mount etc get re-used.
