well, actually, yes !

it's an ex-plod '98 MV6 estate, bought for not very much money indeed. It had me fooled that it had a busted cam follower, but it turns out that a big end had departed - i couldn't work out if it had spun the bearing.

have replaced the actual bearing and at least it runs now, but it does knock slightly, so I'm after a whole rod to correct.

the point of the car is for the missus to tow horsey with and to transport the dogs ( it doesn't have to remain smart ).

the "project" bit is going to be a very special gearbox !

96' its definitely a yellow as i tried the fix for them the other night but managed to knacker it completely  ;D
