This is a photo of the connector that is fitted behind the drivers side kick panel on a car with a BOSE amplifier.

What I want is the lower half of the plug from a car without BOSE so I can fit an aftermarket head unit without hacking the cables about.

The thing thats there in a non-Bose car is just the connector with 4 pairs of wires looping back to/from the speakers, and the cables for the CD changer.

I have a spare Bose loom you can have for sensible £ - that way you can hack it around to your hearts content.
