How do,we are in the position of having to deffo soon replace one tyre and 2 others sooner rather than later,i was thinking that it would be a idea to get a good better set of alloys with rubber say 17" Omeegah Sport or Elite's than buy 3 tyres for the std Cd alloys,ours are mint though with no curbing or bubbling going on etc.

Whats the going rate for 17" rims and rubber and what are 4 mint Cd alloys worth with one mint tyre two legal for a while yet and one needing changing soon ?????

seems anything mint and i mean like new if its not top spec is worthless  :P

i have had omegas with tatty alloys,seats with holes where the heated element has come through or cigy burns and the electric motors nackered,i have not seen any omega alloys for sale advertised as 100% mint and would be doing our car a injustice fitting tatty or scraped 17" top spec alloys  :-?

i might just find a top spec omega and strip it myself :D

You've just hit the nail on the head. Most people want to upgrade there Omega.  ;)

wheres the people on a budget that want mint lower spec stuff and don't want to ride with tatty worn chairs and alloys.

i'm thinking its probably worth getting a damaged cheap car out of copart and getting all the tasty bits in one hit  :D
