OK,,, have a face lift omega...

have a preface lift electric rear blind///

plugs are not the same... does anyone have an older plug I can fit to the facelift wiring or a newer plug I can fit to the old prefacelift blind?

I have a pre face lift Mv6 with unused plugs under the rear shelf. If I have the plug/knew what it looked like I would help...

Plug is tucked up under left hand side of parcel shelf and as yours is preface will be OK for OP

The plug I see is in the boot, clipped to the centre of the metal 'parcel shelf' bit, roughly 4-8 wires? It is with a small co-axial/antennae type connector.
Is this the one?

As Rob G said, have a look at the far left handside of the shelf, right in the corner tucked behind the carpet :y

I managed to find the connector once I'd stopped looking under the rear shelf... I even removed the trim from in side the passenger compartment!!

The socket has three wires going to it, a red one, a brown one and a blue with red stripe one, I've cut around 30 c.m.'s of loom.
