Title: Front tracking what was WIM value? Post by Martin Imber on 17. Jan 2011 at 15:08
Possible dodgy track rod end so need the toe value if it gets changed during MOT.
Thanks Martin |

Just a little toe in. From memory -10' +/- 10'.

Defo minus 0.10 mins, thought it was +- 0.05 mins. But yes close enough.

For the small cost difference I would buy the whole track assembly for that side, not just the rod end. I had just the track rod end fitted on one side of the estate and it turned out to be a pig due to a crushed collar.
If you buy the whole assembly (Buypartsby or similar) you can place the new unit next to the old unit and get the initial setup pretty close. |

Toe-in is positive, so you want 0°05' +/-0°05' either side (or 0°10' +/-0°10' total toe). Was at WIM today.

Passed on it anyway.
Need to replace a rubber sometime. Trying to avoid a trip to Chesham as I have been twice in the last 2 years |
