Well I didn't kill it, she started first time, so I am no longer a cambelt virgin. :)

Did notice something while working on the car.  I did the blow/suck test on the air injection inlet pipe thingy, to check the one way valve, and it failed on the suck.  :(  What are the implications for the car, of this part not working as it should, ie what symptoms would I experiance?

Also noticed that the vanes on the aftermarket water pump were not as big as the vaux original I took off.

Tomorrow phase three.  Repairing carpark damage to the Bodywork.
