Title: Bye bye omega :( Post by Kai on 19. Mar 2011 at 18:04
What a week! after deciding i need more room for pushchairs and dogs and the like i decided to get a newer car and Josh had just what i was looking for :y so i optomisticly (i'm sure thats not spelt right) put my car up for sale over what i and Josh thought it was worth in the reluctance of me wanting to get rid of it but 2 hours later it was sold! must of been a good advert and fantastic photo's from Ian at the oxford meets. any way ramble nearly over any one with private plates how do you change them over when you get another car? because i have had nothing but trouble with myn, both cars have t be in my name they want serial numbers of tax dics both M.O.T's and then you still have to wait up to fourteen days for the thing to be transferd over AND pay the £80 for the privilage >:( any way i'm sure that wasnt my last omega or at least i hope not..........
and in this ramble there is enough room for me to say thank you to every one on here that has helped with all the problems i had had with my car and you all sorted them out so thank you guys :y :y |

You could do as we did with the plate and put it on hold for a year. This will cost you an extra £25 but you must do it before you sell OR the next owner of the mig has just got a free plate and you can say bye bye to it. :'(
