Stockport council are trying to ban salt from the counters of fish and chip shops.

Smart meters are to be compulsory in every home and will add £480 to your bill

New boss at Lloyds is to get an annual package worth £13 million.

Britains EU bill has rocketed to £77 billion per year.

And finally, muslims who practice polygamy (against the law here) can claim benefits for each of their wives.

I don't think the political class realise that we are nearing a tipping point where people will rise up and say "That's it, we've had enough".   :(

Had my blood pressure tested yesterday. 120 over 80. But after reading this..........it is now 200 over 150. Jesus.....I'm turning into Nickbat...... ::) ::) ;)

This made my blood boil to the point of explosion today, reading the paper as you do, Muslims complained to the council about a cafe having an extractor fan, the reason they were against the extractor fan was because of the smell of bacon wafting around and the Muslims could smell it. The council tried to make the bloke get shot of the extractor. What is this country coming too along with the first post I'm not a happy bunny today  >:(

That one wasn't strictly true Del. It was a neighbour who was sick of the smell of food in his house. He made up the muslim bit. ;D ;D

Actually I've got that arse about face, they were saying it could offend Muslims, the bloke who owns the cafe was a Muslim too. The fella that complained should be sentenced.
