i had one in uxb 3 yrs ago. i watched him put the ticket on next to my  pass.  i was tempted to batter him but it would of been made into a racial attack. when i wrote and complained the excuse i got was hes knew to this country and not good with clocks but i should make sure my permit is more visible.
