i have a 2003 2.2 cd with cloth interior i think it has heated seats and a switch on the side that moves the seat up and down is this the same on the leather seats?? there is a guy on gumtree selling a leather electric interior he doesnt know what year it is tho lol. will i run into problems switching them???

If they're from a facelift CD or CDX, then straight swap, just disconnect the battery first, wait 30 mins, and renew seat bolts etc,etc. :y
If they're from an Elite, then you'll need different bolts (longer), and possibly a second live feed to the seats :-/, depends on wiring built into the car. being a late one you might get lucky with the loom, in which case as above (with longer bolts). :y HTH, Al. :y |

Mr Al Above is spot on, long as they're not from an elite/prefacelift model, it should be a pretty simple swap!

Just be aware, early Omega seats didn't have the side airbag in the seats ;)

Also, PFL cars had mechanical pre-tensioners which MUST be locked before removing from the car with the red locking tab.
These will be for cars without side airbags also so beware! |

just on the same topic....
I just bought a full leather interior from a mini Fl, for my Pre FL. What fitting issues will i have to deal with in the swap. My Pre FL is a select model....only has electric height adjustment. |

LOL i went to buy them earlier the seats were from a 98' and the door cards were from a 02 wtf. so i'll sit on my cloth ones for a while yet

hi just fitted yesterday facelift elite leather seats into my cdx facelift cost me £50 had to take them out of car myself only thing not working is drivers heated seat every thing else spot on i am very happy :D :y keep looking on ebay can get somebargans :ytony
