i am going to order a steerign idler found two by vaux world at dofferent prices, anyone know the differance ?

there is no dif barfore the price, and the cheaper one looks to be an update price,, so up to you on that one.

is the one you want, lemforder, and the one we all use.  a good trusted part.
many have put your links on, and within a month found them worse than the one they took off!

Dont waste your money.

As Jimbob says DO NOT USE THE CHEAP IDLER, it will fail very quickly and you will change it again.

The link in Jimbob's post is a Lemforder part and will do the job :y

Can anyone specify the Torque settings for the nuts on these please?  :y

Tis in the book of bollax, which I have put safely in the garage ;D

That's if I can find it.  I've only ever used it for the wiring diagrams.  :-/

That's if I can find it.  I've only ever used it for the wiring diagrams.  :-/

Have a feeling its 60Nm, but do check :y

Refit is reverse method, both nuts to 60Nm
