I agree with pete, double check leads are in correct order and also check around spark plugs for oil or water ingress
edit -forget the last bit ,you have changed the plugs so all should be ok there |

all the parts are original Bosch parts leads are all correct i did find oil round the plugs when i removed them put it down to rocker cover gasket tightened it up and now seems to have stoped the oil problem for now at least but cant find this fault is code 19 for anything other than the crank sensor or could it be faulty despite being brand new or could it be fitted incorectly thanks for any advice you can give

You need to do your cam cover gaskets properly. That means GM parts, and a 8Nm torque wrench (no, its not possible to guess that one).
19, thats an awkward one. 99% of the time, its a crappy sensor, either due to age, or being pattern. I'd always recommend genuine again for that part. However, I know Lazydocker can't clear his either. Is the cam timing correct? Is the crank sensor wiring in good nick? |

Heading for major trouble there ... cam cover bolts should be NO MORE THAN 8 Nm .... if they were leaking . they need replacing ... properly .. http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1152564281 EDIT .. must type faster !!! :) |

i Havent touched the cam timing and it did run fine it all started when it would just cut out for no reason then after a few weeks of that and even the green flag looking at it and couldnt find anything wrong it started miss firing now it sounds so bad even my 4 year old daughter was encouraging it to get us home lol

OK, the cut out does sound like crank sensor. Might be worth getting the ecu codes cleared to see if it comes back. I have a feeling the symptoms and the code are unrelated. |

Not sure if it's back since the last clear down... I haven't checked ::) ::) However, although I keep getting a code 19 showing I'm getting no symptoms whatsoever and have the spare just in case :y :y |
