try to get the spinning collar off with a very slim chisel/screwdriver & try these ...... http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_196491_langId_-1_categoryId_165469

Failing that, my local ATS had set of them & removed mine for me after a Kwik Fit fitter monkey broke my key.  :y

The cover plate on my Senator wheels shared the same key as my brother-in-law's Nova wheels, but they are coded hence different keys ......... in the same way as there's going to be another door/ignition key as yours & mine somewhere about. There can only be some many combinations.
Also, by the time they've had a windy gun tightening the bolts to mega ftlbs that'll also affect the fit.

I Removed mine (same as yours) after a lost key, using the chisel and lump hammer method.
either 16 or 17mm multipoint socket, knocked on after shroud is removed.

dead easy, all 4 done in 30mins or less.

Alternatively, if not chisel is available, i found that just knocking the socket on anyway first will help remove or at least loosen the shroud, and then it can be more easily tapped off.
