hi guys,
             while i would dearly like to have a set of Irmscher Sportstars, as these are almost unobtainable & if so very expensive, i've been looking at some alloys that look like they will suit the miggy.

These are Zito Titan 17" & are for an omega.  Web info says 5 x 112 bolt pattern  & offset is 35.  Not sure what either of these two mean - any help available please. just need to know that they will fit OK with no issues

also presume 235 x 17 x45 tyres will still fit ?

omega is 5 x 110 so not the best bolt fit ever

As far as I recall the wheel pattern for the Omega is 5 x 110 (PCD) and offset between 35 and 38mm.

The 5 x 100 bit just means that there are 5 bolt holes and if you drew the circle between the studs at their mid point that would be a 110mm circle.  The offset is how far the wheel rim centreline is offset from the face that meets the hub flange. So an offset of 35 mm means that there is a 35 mm difference between the centre of the wheel rim and the wheel hub mounting face and this will be inset, i.e. the whell sits further into the arch.

If the PCD is 112mm on the wheels you are looking at they won't fit quite properly.  Also you need to check the centre bore diameter as this is the bit that actually centres the wheel on the hub, the bolts just stop it falling off! The Omega is 65mm but I have seen it quoted as 65.1mm, heck what's 4 thou between friends!

From what I've heard and seen 112 wheels will fit on mig, but it is not a mig proper size.
Like PMitchell said centre bore is much more important

........and Wheelbase should know their PCDs.
You could use Wobble bolts (as it's +/- 2mm) but I'd get wheels with correct stud pattern and C/B if I could.
Zito might make them with an Opel/vauxhall set up anyway.
Have you spoken to Wheelbase?

Al !  If it's a change of wheels you're after, take a look on fleabay for Vauxhall alloys....across the range, some of them are rather snazzy...just check the PCD.

Bare in mind that a change of alloys needs to be notified toyour insurance company, giving them an excuse to bump the premium up.

However !  If you tell them that you've changed the alloys to a OEM standard, "just another style" they normally make a note but don't charge...worked for me 3 times now.

I dont know if they are the same or not, but one of our Finnish members posted pics of his very nice pre F/L Opel with what looks like the same alloy in some of the pics.
