Cambelt needs doing about now, or in less than 2000 miles, apart from that looks ok to me.

looks like a nice motor , but they all do in photos, description doesnt sound bad with the service history etc :)
might even go for it myself ;)
but missus would kill me already have 3 ;D ;D

Describing the fuel consumption as 35 mpg suggests he is not to be trusted :-?

Not really... A 2.6 manual driven carefully should easily achieve that when you consider I can get 30 from a 3.0 Elite at a 85-110mph cruise on the continent :y :y

my 2.6 manual is about 5mpg worse than my 3.0 manual when driven exactly the same
