Its started opening/closing on its own whilst im driving and holding the close button not working half the time.

Closing holding the keyfod closes it mind you.

WIll the disk clean procedure fix this?

worth a try also try resetting it---- go through all operations keeping button pressed for a cpl of seconds at the end of each operation :y

That's the next step, if not swap the ecu/board out.

I had that case a week ago and just cleaned the disc. and been working spot on everytime, The guide pretty much tells you bit by bit, and took me about half hour to do.. :y
