After a boot spoiler for my 2001 mig.Prefer a black one but can always get it sprayed.What ya got?

Standard spoiler on the facelift Elite & MV6 is the Prodrive. Irmscher only fitted as aftermarket or if specified by customer when car was new :)

Correct. Rob's spoiler is the one you want mate, unless you want to pay silly money for an Irmscher one. I've seen 2 OOF cars parked side by side (Jim's and Mike Dundee's), 1 has the standard prodrive, 1 has the Irmscher. You have to look really closely to notice they are different!!

Also Rob is letting his go really cheap because of the little bit of lacquer peel, which makes no odds to you if you are repainting it! I'd be quick if I were you, it wont be around long!!  :y

I have to agree with mr Twiglet, you really have to look closely before being able to tell the difference, as Rob has it 'GRAB IT'. for a irmscher one it'll be a longer wait and forking out more for it!!  :y

That spoiler aint a standard sports spoiler, this must be a aftermarket which has been put on?

Or maybe opel does it in Europe but not in the UK.. :)

i have seen alot of omegas with these on,couldn't tell you if its a aftermarket spoiler or not,but this is what im after. 8-)

Irmscher did x2 styles.  The more common flush fit to the boot and the pedestal one, which seems to be the one you're after - like the copy that Car-nut has pasted in.

The common flush fit to the boot do become available every now and then, but a 'genuine Irmscher pedestal' one is very rare to find and can be around £150 + 2nd hand  :o

If you really want the one like car-nut shows I'd go for that.  But like others have said, for the price RobG's spoiler at that price is a good deal indeed ;)

   I wish I knew that a week ago as I've just sold one on hear for £80 delivered :(, ah well it went to a decent bloke :).

I did say "can be", doesn't mean the seller will get it though.  As some things are only worth what someone want's to pay for it  ::) .  Its true to say that  just because it's a genuine Irmscher item, doesn't automatically mean its worth excessive silly money, I've bought a couple of Irmscher parts at very reasonable prices off a seller on here ;) .
