i'm meeting up with the guy on the weekend so i will get a chace to have a look at it then.

he wants about £50 for it, i don't know where it came from but he tells me it has never been fitted to a car and comes in its box, i want to find out how he got it and why he's selling it.

if it is all above board then i will get it, if its no use to me then i will pass it on to someone who can make use of it, at the price i paid.

Can this guy get anymore only I know of someone who has fitted one of these screens in his CD apparently the cable is tucked in behind the dash, maybe interested in one just have to get SATNAV then.

sorry i have had some issues in getting onto the site, fault was at my end......

I went to see the chap, it is as it was described, however the guy was quite open in the fact that it had fallen out of the back door of the local Vaux dealers, at that point i walked away.

I wouldn't want to get involved with something that was dodgy and have that issue passed onto whoever bought it, the guy was the type who was stupid enough to get caught and the blab to all in sundry about who he had sold stuff to, the last thing i would need is the old bill knocking on my door....

Annoys me a lot, when uii first spoke to him he told me it was bought in error and the dealer wouldn't take it back as it was special order, then changes the story when i asked for a receipt......

Hi Mark,

Have you tried eBay Germany for a CID. That's where i got mine. Brand new still wrapped.

Only problem is you'd have to check with sellers to see if they will post to UK. Also, a lot of Germans don't use PayPal.

I've seen loads on there in the past, along with shed loads of other Omega gear.
