on carefull inspection i have noticedm that one of my ht leads has been badly repaired! can anyone help me out? do i need to repair all of them or can i just replace the one?
its the one,if your standing in front of the car, on the left the first accesible one,any ideas please?

As a rule and many other may agree but if it was me I would replace them all, as you never know one of the others may fail.

You'd be wise to replace them all, but if only one has failed you only need to replace the one.......

I'd be inclined to change them all. Autovaux are not too bad for leads (compared to dealer), or MTEK_Performance - a member here - does Magnecor for very reasonable money

Naah, scuttle off and it is easy enough. 20 minutes or so. Just watch the routing of the leads at the back of the plenum and make sure you check all the vacuum pipes and connections before restarting the engine.

yes they were new.

They are not gen GM, but they are good quality. not thin stuff.
