right i have got on my elite 225 55 r16 tyres, i presume that this means i have 16 inch alloys on it?????
i have been offered some 205 65 r15 wheels and tyres ,now can i take the tyres off the 205 65 r15 and put them on my existing wheels???(stupid question?) or should i swap them over ie take mine off and put the 'new' ones on???.
my confusion lies on wether i have 16 inch or 15 inch wheels????
anyone help?

You have 16 inch rims and hence a 15 inch tyre will not fit them.....

Also, putting narrower tyres on, you'll have to tell insurance company...
