I am not mentioning names but if he wants to say anything he will.

Basically a very popular member of the Omega community had a fall out with a mod - then the mod got abusive to various members of the Omega community including me so some of us set this place up, others guessed straight away what was happening (me) and joined straightaway, others took longer.

Basically the other site has lost approx 50 members to this site so they are not happy, but they should keep a check on the mods.

HOWEVER the mods here are doing an excellent job!

OK, this will be the last post on the matter of what happened the other site...

Many members were unhappy with a new moderation regime that seemed to cause much bad feeling and a 'them and us' attitude towards Omega drivers. Upon expressing our concerns about this, many of us were ridiculed, and one member was insulted badly, and the mods were joining in rather than doing the correct thing.

Remember, the owners of that site are within their rights to run their site as they see fit.

LB66, RonnieMcB and I did not want to be associated with a place run like that and set up omegaowners, along with MarksDTM.

That is the history, and the last word on the matter.
