Dead Sidelight!
18. Aug 2006 at 23:04

Hi Guys,

I just dropped a clanger and posted a message on chavweb-forums... sorry!  but here i am anyway.

I wonder if anyone could help me solve a problem before my MOT tomorrow morning?

My NS sidelight is dead.  A new bulb didn't fix it and when i drop a multimeter on the wires i only get 2.5v.  I still get 2.5v at the round connection block.  I did a search on cavweb and a post seemed to point  to the light switch assy, the one i now have in my hand.  But it seems ok with no signs of wear or damage.

Any ideas on this one chaps??  I'm not sleeping until i get it fixed!!!!  Angry

Cheers
Marc

Other side is 12v i think because the lamp is lit up as it should do.  Yes it's a face lift!

Cheers
