Water in the oil could also be the Oil cooler failing/failed on the V6 models. Although there's a possibility of Headgasket trouble in this situation, I understand the V6 HGs are very resilient, and this is usually a cooler failure.

Aug 2006 at 16:22 Could still be oil cooler, it dumps a fair amount of water into the oil when the engine is stopped if its failed. Do you do them with a flake?

Aug 2006 at 22:40 I did try to post yesterday but got fed up when photobucket crashed the computer twice. The waterways are all oil free and dry, as is the outside of the oil cooler (have taken loads of pics stripping the engine down)
